This is Nuruhuine, her OC, whom I have come to love so much with so little. 
Nuruhuine, of his true name, Meneldil is a "Stars Reader". (Meneldil means Astronomer.) He is able to read the different screens of the future in the sky. He must make the Choice of the future, the good or the evil. He is the only one which can decide between them.
Actually, I had a thought of making this a white (with a hint of green) themed picture, with snow and woods outside the window, to make it different... But, I thought of stars, and, after painting the skies, I realized I didn't know how to make it a white picture anymore...

Wow! *eyes pop wide* This is...awesome! I'm really at a loss for the right words to describe how beautiful this is. He looks so sad, like a huge weight is on him (which is very real, given the character plot you've told us). Poor guy.
